一种5 重real-time PCR筛查转基因水稻方法的建立

以转基因水稻中最常用的CaMV35S启动子、NOS终止子、Cry1Ab/Ac基因、HPT基因及SPS水稻内标基因为研究对象，利用5 种不同的荧光信号（FAM、HEX、Taxas Red、Cy5、Cy5.5）进行多重实时聚合酶链式反应（real-time polymerase chain reaction，real-time PCR）检测方法的研究。通过引物组合筛选、反应体系优化、特异性测试、灵敏度测试、适用性测试等一系列实验，建立了5 重real-time PCR方法，灵敏度可达0.032%。此方法具有灵敏度高、结果准确、通量大等优点，可实现水稻中转基因成分的快速、高效检测。     

氮杂环卡宾-钯功能化的配位聚合物（NHC-Pd@Zn-L）：合成、表征及催化Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应

以\mathrm{1,3}-二(1-羧乙基)咪唑盐(HL)和Zn(NO₃)₂·6H₂O反应合成二维配位聚合物[Zn(L)₂] _n (Zn-L)，产物再与K₂PdCl₄在四氢呋喃溶液中反应引入氮杂环卡宾-钯（NHC-Pd）催化位点，制得催化剂NHC-Pd@Zn-L，并通过PXRD、TGA、ICP、SEM、EDS和XPS进行表征。结果表明，NHC-Pd@Zn-L具有良好的热稳定性且修饰后晶体的框架结构没有发生变化，Pd以NHC-Pd的形式结合在Zn-L中，并均匀分散在配位聚合物中。将NHC-Pd@Zn-L用于催化Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应，当以苯硼酸和溴苯为底物，催化剂用量为15 mg，乙醇为溶剂，碳酸钾为碱的条件下60℃反应6 h，产率达到>99%，而且催化剂易于回收并可循环使用3次。     

利用菊池衍射花样鉴定晶体结构的方法研究

电子背散射衍射(Electron Backscatter Diffraction, EBSD)是研究材料显微结构的重要手段之一, 通过EBSD获取的菊池衍射花样是材料内部微观晶体结构的直观反映。本研究通过识别菊池花样中的对称轴, 结合晶体对称定律, 提出了一种利用菊池花样进行晶体对称性分析和晶体结构鉴定的方法。通过该方法成功对三个未知样品的对称性和晶体结构进行了判断。其中一个样品确定到所属晶系, 另两个样品锁定到部分点群, 通过确定晶系和点群排除了部分不符合对称性的相鉴定结果。研究结果表明, 利用菊池花样进行对称性分析是判断晶体结构的有效方法。同现有方法相比, 菊池衍射花样法大大缩小了相鉴定的检索范围, 显著提高了相鉴定的准确性和可靠性, 是一种有望用于新一代EBSD设备的标定技术。     

Phase-change regulation criterion based on size-dependent lattice distortion rate and born theory for VO2 nanomaterials

Vanadium dioxide (VO₂) is a promising thermally induced phase transition material because of the abrupt changes in electrical and optical properties. However, the high phase transition temperature of VO₂ and its unspecified modulation relationship need to be resolved urgently. Herein, we proposed a simple and precise regulation criterion for VO₂ materials based on size-dependent lattice distortion rate and Born theory. The results indicated that the application of a tensile stress changed the elastic properties of the VO₂, which promoted VO₂ phase transition, and regulated the phase transition temperature. Moreover, the specific modulation relationship between the stress and phase transition temperature of VO₂ was confirmed experimentally. These results show that our criterion provides theoretical guidance to regulate VO₂ thermally induced phase transition materials.     

软围隔-气浮-原位反应器技术治理黑臭水体

新北区凤凰河薛家段属于黑臭水体.采用软围隔河道内截污技术+高效气浮岸上强化技术+河道原位反应器技术等组合技术对其进行治理.经过为期数月的调试和运行,主要水质指标均达到了地表水IV类(GB 3838-2002)标准.凤凰河薛家段水环境整治总投资约260万元,日常运维费用约22～45万元/年.     

Fabrication of hierarchical PANI@W-type barium hexaferrite composites for highly efficient microwave absorption

Hexagonal barium ferries is a promising and efficient microwave (MW) absorbing material, but the low dielectric loss and poor conductivity have limited their extensive applications. In this work, a simple tactic of coating conductive polymer PANI on hexaferrite BaCo₂Fe₁₆O₂₇ is presented, wherein the dielectric properties are customized, and more significantly, the electromagnetic loss is greatly enhanced. As displayed from structural characterizations, PANI were coated equably on the surface of hexaferrite grains by an in-situ polymerization process. The outcomes exhibit the as-prepared PANI@hexaferrite composite has remarkable electromagnetic wave absorption capacity. When the thickness is 6.0 mm, the minimal RL of ?40.4 dB was achieved at 2.9 GHz. The effective absorption bandwidth (RL < ?20 dB) of 0.65 GHz, 0.53 GHz, 0.65 GHz, 0.52 GHz, 0.46 GHz and 0.39 GHz was achieved separately when the thickness ranges from 4 to 9 mm. The highly efficient MW absorbing performance of PANI@hexaferrite composite were the consequence of multiple loss mechanisms and perfect impedance matching. It is demonstrated that the PANI@hexaferrite composite with excellent MW absorption performance is expected to be potential MW absorbers for extensive applications.     

掘进机液压系统可靠性分析

为进一步提升掘进机液压系统的可靠性,以EBZ300掘进机为例,分别就掘进机液压系统的可靠度和可靠性进行研究,并针对性提出故障诊断措施,为后续保障掘进机液压系统可靠性和采掘工作面生产的高效性奠定基础.     

基于数值模拟的嘉兴城区河网水文特征

基于MIKE 11河网水动力模型,利用2010年—2019年实测气象水文资料,分析了嘉兴城区大包围圈内外主要河流的入流和出流特征.结果显示:嘉兴城区主要来流河道是苏州塘和杭州塘,出流河道主要为长纤塘、嘉善塘和平湖塘;平均来流量为88.2 m3/s,出流量为93.3 m3/s;年均和月均来流量变化较大,最枯月的平均来流量为50.1 m3/s,90％保证率枯水月的平均来流量为59.3 m3/s;大包围圈内部河道的平均流量为28.3 m3/s,平均出流量为19.1 m3/s,这表明大量外部来水未进入大包围圈内部河道,而是通过环郊河"短路"绕过嘉兴城区,流向东北;大包围圈内部河道的最枯月平均入流量为14.5 m3/s,90％保证率枯水月的平均入流量为18.3 m3/s.研究结果可为嘉兴城区河网综合规划和生态治理提供科学依据.
